staying alive!!!

Family, ~i'm going to mexico! I just made my last payment today. i haven't been this poor since i was born. haha, not really but i can't remember ever being this poor either. Basically, if you want me to buy you a hammock or something rad, let me know. i'm getting way excited. also, i'm getting way excited for another wedding. jon and nicole came over and chatted with me for an hour the other day and i absolutely loved it! jonny picked a great one guys! 5 Weeks!

So it was fun talking to everyone yesterday and telling you all our happy news :) It's still very early, but you all know me...I can't hold a single thing in when I have exciting news! So hopefully it will all go well.  We are so blessed to have such a good family, we really are!  Thanks for being so wonderful everyone!

UTAH PARTY

We had an awesome weekend with Mom and Dad.  It was so fun to see them and to party with them.  It was especially fun this time because everyone was showin' off a special friend :)  I'm still showing off Steve and his wonderful self :)  Jonny boy was showing off his maybe soon to be bride (wink wink) and we thought Nicole fit in very well with the family.  And Laurel invited Travis along, which is fun to see him and Jon interact while he's got his arm around Lulu :)
Another fun thing about this trip is we each got to have our little alone time with Mom and Dad. I'm guessing it was special for Jon and Laurel because they stole Mom and Dad for HOURS (...haha, I'm just kidding) and Steve and I got them in the evenings/mornings when they are their fun loopy selves :)  We had some good discussions.  The finance talk was also fun and we learned a lot.  We are so blessed with a good family that has strong relationships between everyone.  Even though Jon and I want to punch each other during games, we love each other ;)  We sure missed Mike, Kirsten, Tanner, Austin, and Christian!  This summer will be fun when we can all be together :)  We love you all!

FEBRUARY

It's a new month!  That means we should be focusing on PRAYER :)  Last month's focus on FAITH was really good for us.  I think it'd be good for us on our next family phone call to share our experiences together.  You know, to make sure we're actually doing it :)  Love you all!

i think this is a fun idea. in all honesty, i'll check it when i can. not sure how often that is but when my freshman hall had one, i'd check every weeek or so and it was a lot of fun. Christian might need to help mom and dad :) i think we should give it a go and see how we do. Thanks and love ya!
